Geiger’s culinary career launched as a teenager in Idaho, where he started working at age 14 as a dishwasher at an Italian restaurant in Sandpoint. After graduating high school in 2009, amid economic uncertainty, Geiger chose to gain real-world experience working across a variety of restaurants — Italian, Irish pubs, seafood and steak establishments, breakfast spots, and burger joints — rather than attending culinary school. In 2018, Geiger founded Savour First Choice Catering, quickly establishing a reputation for customized menus, fresh ingredients, and attentive service. His catering business soon gained recognition for its ability to cater any occasion, from corporate events to special celebrations, earning praise in local publications such as Gulfshore Life Magazine.
Building on this success, Geiger expanded into the retail food scene by opening Savour Coffee in Fort Myers, featuring an open kitchen design, locally roasted coffee, and innovative beverages such as Vietnamese drip coffee and pour-over.
